1. Target Audience

Before doing anything we must have a piece of clear information about our target audience and what they need, that’s why we must answer the 2 important questions below.

- How will your product or service succeed in the marketplace where others may have failed?

Now that You know who is your target audience, it is time to make market research and validate your idea and business plan.
Most people skip this part and straight jump into production and marketing. Then after a while, they don’t receive any result and they wonder where did they go wrong. When we have an idea we may think that our idea or our product is the best and it is going to kill the market, but the truth is that we don’t know.
That is why we must do market research and validate our idea, business plan and our product.
Now that you have some idea who is your target audience, all you have to do is to contact them and ask them about your idea, do they like it, will they use it and so on.

All you have to do is to get access to your target audience, find their emails, find them on social media and ask them to help you by filling the forms. You must know that around 5 -10% of people you approach will fill your form only, so don’t feel bad if you didn’t get a result at the beginning.
